Advanced registration is required for all classes. For last minute registrations, give us a call at 914.328.7625—we’ll do our best to get you a spot!
Wednesdays+ Thursdays 6:30PM - 7:30PM
Free for members // $10 for guests
Must be ages 14+
Saturdays 8AM - 9AM
A special early-morning fitness class aimed at getting you conditioned for climbing. Classes are led by a Cliffs coach and will include both classic workout circuits and climbing drills. *The Cliffs will open early for class participants only, normal hours still apply. Advance registration required.
