We’ve curated our yoga offerings as fun and challenging complements to climbing. Strengthen, lengthen, build flexibility and just have fun with these classes. Our yoga instructors are also climbers, so they understand what climber bodies need.

All classes are free for Cliffs members // $15 for guests
