To kick things off, all bouldering and autobelays will be closed at 4:30PM on Friday, with limited rope climbing available, so our young crushers can participate in the Feats Youth Comp!

Ashtanga Yoga is extremely well suited to compliment climbing, as the beginning standing postures begin to open your shoulders and strengthen your legs, and the seated postures focus on hamstring and hip opening. With consistent practice and the repetition of these postures you will see a dramatic difference in your bodies abilities both on the mat and the wall.
