Stretching For Climbing

It takes a lot to be a strong climber, but strength can be hindered by lack of flexibility. Stretching is an essential tool for climbers: it can help prevent injury, increase range of motion, and improve coordination. This clinic will cover climbing-specific stretching and will be a great warm-up session!
