Member Mornings: Climbing Conditioning

Special early-morning fitness classes aimed at getting you conditioned for climbing. Classes are led by a Cliffs coach and will include both classic workout circuts and climbing drills.  *The Cliffs will open early for class participants only—normal hours still apply. Advance registration required.
