Morning Workout: Climbing Conditioning

Mondays in August | 8AM - 9AM
Free for members // $20 for guests

A special early-morning fitness classes aimed at getting you conditioned for climbing. Classes are led by a Cliffs coach and will include both classic workout circuts and climbing drills.  The Cliffs will open early for class participants only; normal hours still apply. 
Advance registration required.
